About Dilasa Foundation
Driven by her passion for education and social service, Dr. Krishna founded the Dilasa Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting education and entrepreneurship among marginalized communities. The foundation’s name, which means “comfort” or “support” in Hindi, reflects its mission to provide hope and opportunities to those in need.
Education, Enterpreneurship, MSME Awareness. The Dilasa Foundationon three main areas: education, enterpreneurship and MSME(Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) awareness. Through its education programs, the foundation provides scholarships, learning materials and mentorship to student from disadvantaged backgrounds. Its enterpreneurship initiative support aspiring enterpreneurship with training, resources and access to goverment schemes, helping them to start and grow their business. The foundation also works to raise awareness about MSME opportunities, ensuring that small business owners have the information and support they need to succeed.
The success of the Dilasa Foundation is partly due to its strong collaborations with goverment agencies, industry bodies and other non-profits. Dr. Krishna has built partnerships with organizations such as the Associated Chambers of Commerce and Industry of India (ASSOCHAM) and the Maharashtra small scales Industries Development Corporation Ltd. These collaborations have enables the foundation to extend its reach and impact, bringing its programs to more communities and helping more individuals achieve their goals.
